Ordering & Payment

How can I change my order?

If you change your mind, e-mail us at hello@inkess.com within 12 hours of your order (remember to include your order number!). In order to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, we start to handcraft it the moment you order. That is why we would not be able to cancel or change its design after 12 hours.

How can I pay?

You can pay with your credit card/debit card or with paypal upon checkout.

How do I redeem a promotional code or coupon?

Simply enter your code in the indicated text box before you checkout. Please note that we will not be able to add this code for you after the final order has been confirmed.

What if I need a rush delivery?

Please e-mail us at hello@inkess.com and we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

There’s something wrong with my order upon arrival. What should I do?

Inkess individually handcrafts your order and pays attention to every details to make our customers happy. Please e-mail us at hello@inkess.com within 10 days of your order with a description and photos of the defect. We will work with you to make it right.


Refund Policy

Once you place your order, Inkess handcrafts customized and unique pieces just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for a refund.


Photos and design

What can I print?

Everything! Your photos, your favorite quotes, your wonderful designs. We accept image files from facebook, instagram and your computer.

Why do I see a ! warning sign after I upload my image?

In order to get high quality prints, we suggest you to upload high quality images. The warning sign is to indicate that the image is below the advised resolution, which might result in a lower quality print. In order to print your images nicely, we recommend that image dimensions be around:
  • 3500 x 5000 pixels and 300 DPI for tote bags, T-shirts, pillowcases,
  • 1050 x 1750 pixels and 300 DPI for iPhone cases.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please e-mail us at hello@inkess.com with your order number immediately. We will try our best to make the necessary adjustments.

What is your standard shipping rate?

It’s free!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide for free!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! At checkout, selected FedEx Express shipping. The shipping time would be 5 business days. The cost for express shipping is $15 for iphone case and $30 for t-shirt/totebag/pillowcase.

How do I track my order?

We will send you email notifications once we start handcrafting your order and once it is shipped. If you requested expedited shipping or shipping with the tracking option, you can also track your order after it is shipped by signing into your Account and clicking on Track Order.

How long is the shipping time?

US: Handcrafting your order takes 3 working days, then shipping takes...
  • Free standard shipping (with/without tracking number): 8-14 working days
  • FedEx Express shipping: 5 working days

Rest of the world: Handcrafting your order takes 3 workings days, then shipping takes
  • Free standard shipping (with/without tracking number): 8-20 working days (depending on customs)
  • FedEx Express shipping: 5 working days

What type of printing do you use?

We use heat transfer press technology to print on our pieces. This technology allows us to print complex, vivid and vibrant color images. By using high temperature and pressure, it allows the ink to permanently embed onto the product. Thus, unlike other printing technologies, it does not leave a rough layer of ink on the surface and poses no problems when washing and ironing the products.

Why does the colors on my order look slightly different from the colors I see on my computer screen?

Since ink would interact with the fibers of the fabric, it is natural that the image would look slightly different from how it is on your screen.
